1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Chief Excellence Officer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Services Provided
We offer executive leadership coaching, performance consulting, and strategic sales direction specifically tailored for new Sales Directors. Our services are designed to help you master your role and drive organizational excellence.
3. Fees and Payment
Coaching and consulting sessions are subject to a fee structure outlined in our initial proposal. Payment is due in advance of each session. Late payments may result in the suspension of services until settled.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all materials, methodologies, and content developed during the course of your engagement with us remain the exclusive property of Chief Excellence Officer.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Chief Excellence Officer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time with thirty (30) days' written notice. Upon termination, you will cease all use of our services and return any proprietary materials.
